Jon Kinyon is an accomplished professional with over 30 years of experience in the film and television industry. He spent 12 years at Nickelodeon Animation Studio, where he worked on popular animated shows such as SpongeBob SquarePants, Fairly OddParents, and Avatar: The Last Airbender.
In May 2020, he was nominated for a Daytime Emmy Award for my exceptional editing work on an animated program for Netflix, a testament to his skills and expertise in the field. Currently, he keeps busy as a freelance writer and artist, utilizing his talents to flesh out new stories and projects that showcase his diverse range of abilities and interests.
Jon has published many short stories, poetry, and two nonfiction novels: “San Francisco’s Hottest Cold Case” and “Sweet Hitchhiker: The Last Resort."
Jon was born in Palo Alto, CA. and currently resides in Southern California.
